“Protherm” was founded in 1981 by Dimitrios Kartsonakis, as a continuation of his thirty-year presence in the field of domestic and industrial heating systems. From the beginning of its operation, the company’s name has been associated with high quality, reliable products.

Today, the company is active in the manufacture of steel hot water boilers, that utilize a wide range of fuels. Protherm is a pioneer in the nationwide certification process, as well as in the field of evolving new heating technologies. The company is a licensed boiler manufacturer and one of the few companies in the Balkans that meet the strict specifications of closed pressure vessel manufacturing. It is based in a privately owned space of 11,000 square meters in the industrial park of Neochorouda in Thessaloniki, Greece.
